What to know about track clubs in Arizona
Arizona has three private members-only race track clubs, and all three are worth a look for different reasons: Apex Motor Club in Maricopa and Podium Club at Attesa in Casa Grande both sit within an hour of Phoenix, and Inde Motorsports Ranch in Willcox is out in the southeast corner of the state between Tucson and the New Mexico line.
Pricing spans a wide range. Apex Motor Club publishes Gold at $70,000 initiation plus $8,000 a year and Platinum at $90,000 plus $15,000. Inde Motorsports Ranch lists an Executive membership at $45,000 plus $8,000 a year, with a lifetime term and 50% transferability, and a corporate tier at $120,000. Podium Club at Attesa prices on request. Inde also rates highest of the three on track time and amenities in our editorial scoring, which is unusual for a club that far from a major metro.
Practical considerations for Arizona: dry air and near-constant sun mean the most reliable year-round driving of any state we cover, with the caveat that June through August runs very hot and sessions move early. Inde is a destination — most members fly into Tucson or drive from Phoenix and stay overnight — while Apex and Podium are realistic day trips from the Phoenix metro.
