What to know about track clubs in North Carolina

North Carolina's entry is not open yet. Race City Motor Park & Social Club is a planned 270-acre country club in Mooresville — the town that houses hundreds of NASCAR teams and racing suppliers — with a proposed 4-mile championship road course, a lakeside clubhouse, trackside villas and 2- to 8-bay garage condominiums with pit lane access.

If built as planned, it would be one of the longest circuits of any US private club. The location inside the densest motorsport supply chain in America is the real differentiator: engineering, fabrication and race support are all within a few miles.

Practical considerations for North Carolina: this is pre-construction. There is no confirmed opening date and no published pricing, so treat founding-membership discussions as an early-stage opportunity rather than a purchase you can drive on. Charlotte is about 40 minutes away.
