M1 Concourse is unusual: an 87-acre automotive campus in the middle of Pontiac, built around private garage condominiums with a 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway performance track running through it. It's less about long-lap circuit driving and more about owning a serious garage in the city with track access outside the door.
