The verdict
P1 Motor Club is the most ambitious private motorsport development currently under construction in the United States: 650 acres off Okeechobee Road with about ten miles of circuits planned for street cars, race cars and karts. The 3-mile Treasure Coast Circuit comes first, with the 4.5-mile P1 International Circuit following, plus a clubhouse, condos and trackside garage residences.

Membership & costs
Joining fee is the one-time cost to become a member. Dues are the recurring monthly or annual cost. Property costs are separate — buying or leasing a garage or home at the club is not the same as a membership fee.
