The Concours Club took the private track idea and pushed it toward hospitality: a purpose-built circuit next to Opa-locka Executive Airport, wrapped in a resort-grade clubhouse, a pool, dining and a professional-standard karting circuit. It is the most convenient private track in the country relative to a major city.
